Terms Of Use For Jade Bunny Creations

We love seeing our customers use Jade Bunny Creations images to create handmade cards/projects for personal use or resale. However, you must please adhere to the following rules. Our Angel Policy exists to ensure that our copyrighted images and intellectual property is protected.

1. Images purchased are for personal use only and cannot be reproduce for commercial use or used in any form of marketing without the consent of Jade Bunny Studio.

2. Each purchase is for a single individual, images cannot be distributed or shared.

3. All artwork and stamps are our original creations and copyrighted. You may not use it to create your own digital kits to sell. Jade Bunny Creations images may not be used on logos or trademarks, packaging and advertisement whether personal or commercial.

4. You may use our stamps and digital images to create cards or scrapbook pages and sell the finished product with proper crediting but do not sell or redistribute the image itself (including colored images) at any time.

Terms Of Use For Jade Bunny Studio Online Classes

We spent hours to create the online class content so that our students can learn at their own pace anytime they want. Therefore, Jade Bunny Studio retains the rights to all content that you are learning from our classes.

1. Classes purchased are for individual use. You cannot sell or give away the concepts from our classes (the instruction and content etc) or share your class account to others.

2. You may share your finished class project in your social media. However, you may not post a video tutorial of your own showing your copy of our class content.

3. You will have lifetime access to the class purchased and may learn it anytime you wish. Please share your class work with our community at Facebook and feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding the class.

4. Mentioning the class name so others can take the class is very much appreciated. If you enjoyed the lessons, your friend probably will enjoy too. You may refer your friend to sign up for a class and be rewarded.
