What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards such as Visa, Master and AMEX. If you wish to use PayLah/PayNow, kindly send us your order via email.

    Where do you ship?
    We are located in Singapore but we also ship internationally. For international orders we are not responsible for any additional tariffs or duty placed on your package by your country. For detailed shipping cost please refer HERE.

      How do I use the craft stamps sold in your store?
      Physical stamp usually made with rubber or clear photopolymer. Slap it on an acrylic block and you are ready to go! To clean, just wipe it with stamp cleaner and a piece of soft fabric. Peel it off the acrylic block to store away when you are done.

        Do rubber stamps and clear stamps stamp the same?
        Both rubber stamps and clear stamps use an acrylic block to adhere to when stamping. We recommend using a stamp tool so images come out crisp and clean. While we strives for great quality, sometimes there are slight imperfections in the clear stamp (e.g. slight ripple), but it should not affect the actual impression and you should be able to stamp perfectly.

          How do I download my digital products?
          When you finish checking out there will be links for you at the final check out page. The links will also be emailed to you. All your purchased digital images are stored in your account. To access you have to log into your account and click on the order number that has your digital purchase in. Once a digital product is purchased, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to download and back up the items. We recommend you to save your digital files as soon as possible. You have 5 downloads/opportunities to download and save your digital items. There are no redownloads after the limit is reached. There is no replacement for lost files. Jade Bunny Studio is not responsible for lost or unsaved digital items. 

          What is your return policy?
          We take an apologetic stance for all sales are final. If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days with image proof and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Due to the nature of digital products such as images and online classes, there will be no return/exchange/refund allowed.
