Refund Policy

We make sure our merchandise leaves in good condition. However, we accept returns and exchanges on defective merchandise with a 7-day return or exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange in the event of defective goods only.

To return and exchange, you can contact us at jadebunnystudio@gmail.com with the item name and photo to show the defects. We are not responsible for the charges incurred for returning. Once we received the item, we will send out the replacement immediately. If we do not have stock on hand, full refund will be made upon receiving the returned defective merchandise.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at jadebunnystudio@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products and classes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange for on sale items or gift cards.
